The structure is located in the Stelvio National Park, in the quiet upper part of the village of Cogolo in Val di Peio, a branch of the Val di Sole and small valley of western Trentino. Around it the splendid panorama of the Ortles-Cevedale mountains with the Vioz peak high 3645m. In summer there are numerous paths for walking and hiking or cycling, waiting for you. In winter you have direct access to the Biancaneve ski lift slope, particularly suitable for children and beginners, and nearby you can climb with modern lifts up to PEJO 3000 from which there are many slopes suitable for all ski lovers.

Pejo 3000 is the first Plastic Free Ski Area in the world, thanks to the elimination of all disposable plastics from the Lodges in the whole Ski area. The Pejo Spa is easily accessible in the nearby village of Pejo Fonti. A few kilometres away there are the Tonale-Ponte di Legno, Marilleva-Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio Val di Sole ski areas.
